BathBakers24 sells handmade, natural, and organic personal care products (soaps, ubtans, scrubs, shampoos, deodorants, candles) and select natural food products (such as seed mixes).

You must be at least 18 years old, or using the Site under the supervision of a parent/guardian, to place an order.

• All products are handmade in small batches; slight variations in color, texture, weight, and fragrance between batches are natural and not considered defects.
• Product images are for representation purposes; actual product packaging or appearance may vary slightly.
• We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, ingredients, and pricing are accurate, but errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and update information without prior notice.

• All prices are listed in INR (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We accept payments via UPI, cards, net banking, and other methods offered at checkout.
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. If your order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.

All content on this Site — including logos, product photography, descriptions, and designs — is the property of BathBakers24 and may not be reproduced without written permission.

BathBakers24 shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or Site. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
