Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to love your BathBakers24 products! As these are handmade, small-batch, and personal-care/consumable items, please review our policy carefully before ordering.

• Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
• To cancel, contact us immediately at 70272 23076 with your order number.

Due to the personal-care and consumable nature of our products (soaps, ubtans, scrubs, shampoos, deodorants, seed mixes), we do not accept returns once a product has been opened or used, for hygiene and safety reasons.

We accept returns only if:

• The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
• You raise the concern within 48–72 hours of delivery, along with an unboxing video or photos as proof

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
• For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer/UPI after collecting your details.
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.

If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, we will happily replace it at no additional cost, subject to stock availability.

• Opened or used products
• Products damaged due to misuse
• Sale/clearance items marked as final sale (if applicable)
• Hampers/gift sets once unpacked from their original packaging

• Order number
• Photos/video of the product and packaging
• Reason for return/refund

We aim to resolve all requests within 3–5 business days.
